On June 30, the Nansha High-Quality Port Economy Development Conference and the Nansha Shipping Business Promotion Conference were held concurrently at the Guangzhou Nansha International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the guidance of the Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone Administrative Committee and the Guangzhou Port Authority.
BOTIX was invited to attend both events and delivered a keynote address titled “Green and Intelligent Vessels Reshaping the Inland Shipping System.”

The Nansha High-Quality Port Economy Development Conference, themed “Greater Bay Area, Global Shipping, Greater Investment,” focused on implementing the Master Plan of Guangzhou Nansha on Deepening Comprehensive Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao with Global Perspective. It also explored closer coordination among five major ports and the development of a world-class port-related industrial cluster. Featuring project presentations, agreement signings, and other activities, the conference brought together senior representatives from across the industry.
Held concurrently under the theme “Embarking on a New Chapter, Navigating toward the Future,” the Guangzhou Nansha Shipping Business Promotion Conference brought together experts and industry representatives from maritime administration, shipbuilding, financial services, intelligent manufacturing, technology R&D, and academia. Participants discussed the opportunities and challenges facing the shipping market and shared perspectives on its future development.
At the Guangzhou Nansha Shipping Business Promotion Conference, Dr. Liu Wen, Vice President of BOTIX, delivered the keynote address “Green and Intelligent Vessels Reshaping the Inland Shipping System.”
Against the backdrop of the global shipping industry’s low-carbon transition, Dr. Liu examined the current state of inland shipping and presented BOTIX’s innovations in electric propulsion systems for new energy vessels and maritime autonomy. He also shared a forward-looking perspective grounded in the industry’s practical needs. Combining strategic insight with technical depth, the presentation received a positive response from attending industry representatives.
Looking ahead, BOTIX will continue to advance intelligent vessel technologies and increase its investment in R&D, with green and low-carbon development as a central focus. The company will deepen its work in intelligent shipping systems, clean-energy vessel applications, and digital shipping management, accelerating the traditional shipping industry’s transition toward greener, more intelligent, and more digital operations.
Through continued technological innovation, BOTIX aims to help shape the next era of intelligent shipping and bring new technological momentum to the industry’s low-carbon transformation.
