Making Autonomy
Work for Navigation

  • More Reliable Situational Awareness

Multi-Sensor Perception Low-Visibility Detection Situational Awareness Fusion

Fuses data from cameras, radar, AIS, navigation equipment, and vessel status to build a continuous and unified picture of the navigational environment.

  • More Accurate Risk Assessment

Target Detection CPA/TCPA Analysis Risk Alerts

Continuously evaluates and prioritizes targets and risks, helping bridge teams focus on the navigational events that require attention most.

  • Smarter Navigation Strategy Optimization

Route Tracking Collision Avoidance Strategy Speed Optimization

Combines voyage plans, vessel status, and changing environmental conditions to continuously generate navigation strategies and control recommendations that balance safety and operational efficiency while complying with COLREGs.

  • Functional Safety & Redundant Architecture

System Monitoring Fault Alerts Manual Takeover Redundant Architecture

Continuously records system status, risk alerts, and control actions, while allowing the crew to confirm, intervene, or take over control according to actual navigational conditions.

How It Works

Perception - Decision - Control
A Closed Loop for Autonomous Navigation

BOTIX starts with multimodal sensor fusion onboard the vessel to continuously detect surrounding targets and environmental changes. An intelligent decision-making engine interprets the navigational situation and generates appropriate strategies, which are then translated into stable, executable vessel actions through the vessel drive-by-wire control system. Throughout the process, the crew remains in supervisory control and can intervene whenever necessary.

  • Perception
    See More. Understand More.

NavSight fuses data from visible-light cameras, thermal imaging, 4D millimeter-wave radar, AIS, marine radar, navigation equipment, and vessel status to continuously detect surrounding targets and changes in the operating environment.

  • Decision
    Assess Earlier. Plan Smarter.

Powered by end-to-end AI models and closed-loop data capabilities, the system combines voyage plans, vessel motion, target trajectories, and navigation rules to continuously generate route optimization and collision avoidance strategies that balance compliance, safety, operational efficiency, and energy consumption.

  • Turn Navigation Decisions
    into Reliable Vessel Actions

The BOTIX Vessel Drive-by-Wire Control System converts route-planning and collision-avoidance strategies into executable vessel control commands. Based on real-time vessel status, the system continuously provides feedback and makes adjustments, while maintaining a clear and reliable path for crew confirmation, intervention, and manual takeover.

Ship–Shore Collaboration, Continuous Improvement

Through ship–shore data connectivity, shore-based teams can gain real-time visibility into
vessel operating status, navigational risks, and system events, supporting safety management,
operational coordination, technical support, and continuous system optimization.

  • Shore-Based Operational Collaboration

Supports operational scheduling, navigational visibility, safety monitoring, remote support, equipment maintenance, and fault diagnosis, helping shore-based teams stay informed of vessel status in a more timely manner.

    Shore-Based Operational Collaboration
  • Data-Driven Continuous Improvement

Through simulation validation, closed-loop data toolchains, and remote operations and maintenance capabilities, every real-world voyage becomes a source of data for continuous system improvement.
