The Pan-Coastal Shipping Ecosystem Forum on High-Quality Development was held in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, on April 8, 2026.
The event brought together representatives from the Ministry of Transport, the Department of Transport of Hebei Province, the Hebei Maritime Safety Administration and other government authorities, as well as experts from Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University, leading shipping companies including COSCO SHIPPING Bulk, and industry associations.
Participants discussed key topics including inland-coastal shipping integration, emerging trends in the pan-coastal shipping market, new models of industrial cooperation and opportunities for greater coordination among ports.
